The infrastructure is designed to ensure quality production, both in the stables and in the state-of-the-art laboratory.

Health monitoring :

• Approvals issued by the FASFC (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain)
• Computer program for stable management, animal movements, analyses
• Traceability from bull to straw

Carefully selected semen

Specific strenghts of the BB :

• Selection of bulls for intake. During the first two months of production the semen is analysed with CASA and the flow cytometer to test on several parameters
• Quality control of fresh semen and possible rejection before and after freezing
• Higher concentration of sperm cells in the straws
